Assembly Line Design & Commissioning

We design, build, and commission assembly processes and production systems, from in-house low-volume manufacture to scalable production lines, ensuring safe operation, repeatable quality, and a controlled transition from development into manufacturing.

Description
We design, build, and commission assembly processes and production systems that support both in-house low-volume manufacture and the transition to scalable manufacturing environments. Our work spans practical assembly methods, workstation and line layout, tooling definition, and process documentation, aligned to expected volumes, quality targets, and operational constraints. Where appropriate, we can deliver pilot and low-volume production in-house, allowing designs and processes to be proven through real builds. This service is commonly engaged during late-stage development, pilot production, or early ramp-up, where hands-on production insight is essential to identifying issues early and enabling a smooth, controlled transition to scaled manufacture.
