We design and deliver verification and validation programmes that ensure products do what they are intended to do, and can be proven to do so. Our work connects requirements definition, design intent, and testing activity into a coherent, traceable framework that generates defensible technical evidence. This includes defining verification strategies, planning test campaigns, and overseeing execution across prototypes, demonstrators, and early production units. Verification and validation play a critical role in de-risking development, supporting certification and regulatory engagement, and providing confidence to customers, partners, and stakeholders. Our approach ensures testing effort is targeted, meaningful, and aligned with programme objectives rather than treated as a late-stage checkbox exercise.
