McLaren Senna

Hooper Quinn worked with McLaren Automotive to design and develop a carbon-fibre engine intake for the McLaren Senna. McLaren are industry-leaders in combining style and substance, and the engine intake was the engineering signature on its ode to the most loved racing driver of all time.
Litus Foundation

The registered charity Litus is fighting climate change through the development of several patented innovations relating to improving energy efficiency. Hooper Quinn’s engagement with Litus centred around the development of an uncooled engine concept, and building a technical team.
LYVA Labs

A burgeoning regional incubator, LYVA Labs was established in 2022 to promote economic growth across the Liverpool City Region by providing strategic and financial support to a spectrum of R&D projects, innovative businesses, and local institutions. Hooper Quinn have been supporting LYVA Labs since 2023, delivering engineering solutions to its project partners and bringing technical expertise to the wider organisation.

Mercedes-AMG

Following our founder's previous experience in designing Formula 1 engines, Hooper Quinn was approached to support the design of the electric motors in the Mercedes AMG "Project One" hypercar. The car featured a powertrain derived directly from Mercedes’s eight-time championship winning powertrain and involved a large team of the most experienced designers from Formula 1.
Promethean Particles

Promethean Particles is a leading global supplier of cost-effective, industrial-scale metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) focused on applications that support the energy transition. They enlisted the services of Hooper Quinn’s Advanced Technologies Division to help with the design and upgrade of their innovative carbon capture pilot demonstrator.

Oshen
02
Oshen are a UK enterprise looking to make waves in in the field of ocean data collection with their network of fully autonomous, wind-driven, robotic vessels. Designed to offer a modern and sustainable solution, the Oshen micro-vessel harnesses wind and solar power to drive a range of sensors, capturing key meteorological and oceanographic data. Hooper Quinn worked with Oshen to reimagine the design of the vessel’s power and monitoring systems, reworking its internal packaging, sail and deck integration, as well as sensor location and weight distribution.
